Compilation of processing documents, tabular overviews, pre-service documents, other numbers (e.g. Shop Finding Reports, lists of findings, problem reports) by templates. Clearing of differences and error messages (customer rejection process, production data) Compilation of needs Support for work preparation and master areas Implementation and verification of bookings, bookings in Baan/Wamas, BDE interface corrections Coordination and control of orders in cooperation with production control Tracking the expiry and detection of deviations Creation, management and completion of production and assembly orders Proposals and definitions of measures (e.g. repair, basic overhaul, maintenance) at the entrance of equipment in cooperation with quality assurance

(m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or similar qualification Experience or additional qualification in order processing Careful and structured operation High team and cooperation capability Good knowledge of English Good knowledge of MS Office programs
