In 3 years you will get to know many of our commercial departments, such as materials, production, personnel and sales. Your tasks are diverse and go beyond the day-to-day business – you will get to know our specialist areas in varied projects. Teaching at the vocational school makes you fit in the field of business (VWL / BWL) – Business English is also on the agenda. We will bring you everything you need to know about shopping, storing and providing goods. You learn how to plan, manage and maintain production processes – and how it is done in financial and business accounting. Human Resources will also be part of your training. This is about service and organizational plans or the assessment of personnel needs. Last but not least, we will show you how to negotiate with customers and successfully or create effective marketing measures.

You have one of the following degrees: Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or good real school degree. Good grades in mathematics, German and English subjects. Team skills, communication strength and an empathic way characterize you. Ideally, you are safe to use the PC. You own a class A or B license.

You will receive a grant of €120.00 per year for teaching materials. Flexible work in the home office is possible for you. - For longer journeys, you will receive a fare grant. A 12-month takeover after passing vocational training within the group is guaranteed for you. You start with an attractive salary of over €1,000 in the first year of training.
