Project Manager: Client Representative (m/f/d)

Control and technical support of construction projects from planning to key transfer including testing of technical feasibility and ensuring implementation Coordination of internal and external planners:internal (m/w/d) and executives incl. Ensuring qualitative specifications Representation of the STRABAG Group to authorities and other external stakeholders Responsibility for construction sites, budget and appointment controlling as well as the corresponding control in all project phases Working on internal projects on sustainability and digitization issues

Graduate degree in civil engineering, architecture or property-specific studies with a technical focus or a degree as a state-tested:r Bautechniker:in (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable task in HOAI performance phases 1-9, ideally with commercial real estate Excellent knowledge in the areas of planning, construction management, local construction supervision and project management and control Self-employed and proactive working with a high sense of responsibility, negotiation strength, solution orientation, team capacity and above-average commitment Flexibility for regional or national travel activities (including in the final phase of your construction projects) Good knowledge of the application of MS Office
