The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the services of the securities business for Client Solutions, Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Type of employment: Full or part-time possible Implementation of quality standards and corrective measures: advance the introduction of new quality control processes to ensure that cleanliness and maintenance standards are complied with and improved by structured change initiatives. Vendor Management: Managing Custodian and negotiating new deposit banks and monitoring the revision of supplier relationships and contracts to implement strategies for higher quality services and cost efficiency in specialised maintenance tasks Resource and inventory optimization: implementation of changes in inventory and consumables management and optimization of procurement processes to ensure more efficient use of resources. Contract management: monitoring the network operation budget in terms of resource allocation and cost optimization while maintaining service quality. Reporting: Monitoring and report on KPIs to ensure timely and accurate communication with internal stakeholders such as audit and compliance. Management of communication between the Custodian Manager and other relevant departments to maintain the vote.

Representative organisational skills: ability to prioritize tasks to ensure the timely implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills for coordination with suppliers, internal departments and stakeholders to ensure clarity in process changes and reporting. Embossed problem solving capabilities to fix inefficiencies and optimize supplier and resource management strategies. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple custody and outsourcing processes at the same time to ensure alignment with the corporate goals and dates. Functional knowledge: Funded expertise in securities processing, in particular with regard to outsourcing management in the field of Custodian and custody management. Deep understanding of supplier management, quality control processes and inventory optimization in a plant or maintenance environment. Expertise in contract management and procurement processes to increase cost efficiency and service quality. Experience: Experience in Vendor Relations or Procurement, specializing in process improvement, contract negotiation and resource optimization. Process optimization to achieve cost-effective changes in supplier relationships and operating processes. Competences: Confidence with change management and project management methods, knowledge of industry standards for quality control, supplier management and contract negotiations to ensure compliance with internal and external compliance requirements.
