With your team, you are the link between our operating and central areas, and you are continuously expanding this relationship - stakeholder management (internal and external) is the key here You and your team are responsible for a smooth on- and off-boarding process of our (national and international) customers, including all necessary areas Structured project management (including mobilising the required project resources, defining roles and responsibilities, planning and controlling the implementation) along defined structures, processes and concepts belong to your responsibility You create a need-oriented and efficient personnel deployment planning for your own area, guide your team and optimally support their potentials The successful implementation of the agreed services is controlled by you and your team The analysis, evaluation and ongoing optimization of the transition processes are part of your tasks

You have an economic or technical degree or a comparable training with a multiannual professional experience You bring well-founded experiences in Faclity Management You are an experienced and assertive leader with Hands-on Mentality You distinguish strategic and analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach You look at experience in project management and high competence in interdisciplinary cooperation including Stakeholder management back We require readiness for travel activities Very good German and English skills in word and writing complete your profile
