Your focus: Developing people & shaping culture In this role, you build modern personnel development instruments, advise executives and actively contribute to ensuring that our culture remains powerful and value-oriented. You are responsible for the team consisting of 3 MA.

Development and implementation of training and talent programmes Coaching and Sparring for Executives Design and introduction of feedback and assessment processes Support of change and organisational development projects Participation in employer branding initiatives Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Multiannual experience in personnel development, coaching or HR business partner role High empathy, communication and consulting skills Knowledge of modern PE methods and change management approaches Structured and solution-oriented operation First leadership experience of advantage
