Demand analysis & strategic PE planning (bankwide): You raise development needs together with executives and teams, take priority measures and start and update personnel development plans. You translate strategic requirements into a feasible annual programme (e.g. compulsory training, leadership development, specialist and future competencies). Conception & program design: You design training and development programs (presence, virtual, dazzled) incl. Learning objectives, content, methodology, resource and schedule.
