Construction Manager Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)

Head of a team of about 10 technicians and welders (m/w/d) at our construction site Management and coordination of construction sites Creation of building day reports, acceptance logs and documentation Participation in construction meetings, creation of dimensions / isometries Control of the work on various structures with regard to completeness, quality and time keeping Ensuring proper assembly and commissioning Quality control and compliance with technical and safety-relevant standards Organisation, planning and documentation of the construction sites Active cooperation in assembly, installation and commissioning Ensuring safety at work at the construction site Communication with contractors and other project participants You represent our company on site and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and successful project completion

A successfully completed vocational training to the plant mechanic (or comparable) Multiannual professional experience as construction site manager, directional master, assembly manager or supermoneur in pipeline construction Team player with planning and organizational talent and a lot of technical understanding Leadership and pronounced communication strength Responsibility, loadability, reliability and high degree of flexibility Experience in costing, construction site management and employee management Conflict and problem solving competence
