Overall responsibility for quality management, quality assurance and technology Leadership, development and motivation of employees and further development of structures Ensuring compliance with IFS, BRC, HACCP, ISO 9001 and QS Analysis, optimization and further development of production and quality processes Implementation of risk analyses and implementation of sustainable improvement measures

Complete study of food technology, engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in quality management of the food industry Knowledge of QM systems such as IFS, BRC, ISO 9001 and HACCP Management experience as well as pronounced communication and organizational strength Experience with Lean Management Methods like 5S, KVP, Kaizen or Six Sigma
