Key User Campus Management System (UTNexus) You have the chance to play a central role as a key user for our Campus Management System UTNexus. In this exciting position, you are significantly involved in building and optimizing the system that reflects the entire life cycle of our students. You work closely with different target groups and stakeholders, manage and configure UTNexus and ensure that all users are well trained and supervised. Interested? The body shall be occupied only in part-time with up to 20 hours per week and fixed for 2 years.

Participation in building the Campus Management System UTNexus and mapping the complete life cycle of students at the UTN Administration and configuration of UTNexus in consultation with all affected target groups and stakeholders (units, departments and external contacts) Further development and optimization of technical and technical system processes Training and support of system users Analysis and addressing challenges with the system Communication and coordination of appointments with stakeholders

Required: A successfully completed training in the administration, in the commercial sector, as a lawyer, a further qualification as an administrative specialist (BL I) or a comparable training Good mastery of the German and English language in word and writing Own-responsible, precise and careful functioning and communication joy in an international context Embossed solution and service orientation Teamability, high social competence, readiness to use, reliability and the willingness to actively shape change processes Remarkable: Ideally professional experience in a university administration, a similar educational institution or in public administration Knowledge about the life cycle of students Professional experience as a key user or application supervisor Experience in handling databases, document management and workflow systems
