Management responsibility: You take over the disciplinary leadership of up to 5 setup lines and accompany their further development. Analysis and control: You keep an overview of the budget and cost-effectiveness of the facilities, analyze cost center reports, interpret cover contributions and control key figures. Personal management: From recruitment to development - you successfully implement strategies for employee recovery, retention and team health. Management competence: In complaint, conflict and crisis management, you use coaching approaches and deescalation techniques and represent the TfK-Kitas sovereignly with parents, cost centers, departments and external partners.

You have an educational, intellectual or equivalent degree and provide extensive management experience and qualification in the field of daycare facilities. You have the pleasure of developing teams and implementing modern leadership concepts; an esteeming and cooperative leadership style is of course for you. With your empathy and communication strength it is easy for you to interact in your working day between different groups of people within and outside the facility. In addition to educational expertise, you have business knowledge and relationships in controlling, human resources management and labour law.
