As a security agent (SiBe), you play a responsible role in the security of Cassini. You ensure that all relevant processes are implemented reliably and keep an overview of processes, deadlines and documentation. Responsibility for secret protection You plan, control and monitor all measures to protect classified information and are involved in VS relevant issues. Coordination of security checks You accompany security checks, check documents carefully and forward them to the competent authorities. Authorisation and teaching of employees You carry out teachings and ensure their comprehensible and complete documentation. Notification of essential facts You recognize relevant changes at an early stage and communicate with relevant bodies. Management and maintenance of security files You structure and update security files and secure their proper and protected storage. Certificates and coordination with external bodies You create and update VS certificates and are an external agent. Process control and further development You continue to develop the secret protection operation and ensure efficient, loadable and scalable processes.

Completed training, ideally in a commercial, administrative or security environment Experience in secret protection, security or regulated organisations is beneficial Optimally, you already have knowledge in the context of the Security Audit Act (SÜG) and in handling classified information Structured, careful and self-responsible operation High sense of responsibility and absolute discretion and reliability Impressed organisational strength and joy in coordinating tasks Sovereign communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders readiness to carry out a safety review pursuant to SÜG (Ü1/Ü2) prior to taking up activity shall be provided
