You take the host role: representation, greeting and placement, table reservations and advice of our guests are part of your everyday life You guide a layer, control the service process and are the link between service and kitchen You motivate, entertain and take responsibility for your team and join us You will take care of written offers, menu agreements and planning of celebrations With the monthly inventory you have everything in mind and the goods under control Every day you control the cash accounts and daily accounts Careful and responsible handling of food and equipment Leadership and motivation of employees, trainees and helpers Monitoring and supervision of hygiene standards (HACCP)

Complete vocational training in gastronomy or hotel industry You are a:e born:r Host:in Ideally, you already had first leadership experience in a comparable position or convince by your willingness and ability to take responsibility and actively shape a team You have a high level of social competence and bring a leadership personality Good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Excellent quality and responsibility You are a friendly and professional service in the blood You are strong in communication and capable of motivation You are always there for your team - we are like a family
