Employee Service & Building Management (m/f/d)

Service area: In the conference area, you will take care of your colleagues and provide professional service for a pleasant atmosphere. Events: You prepare meeting and event rooms including equipment, blankets and, if necessary, Technology before and supports events on site.

Building organisation: As a central contact person for colleagues, guests and external service providers, you are coordinating concerns about buildings, office spaces and services. Infrastructure: You will keep rooms, equipment and location infrastructure in mind and, if necessary, organize craftsmanship and maintenance operations as well as the support of the building team. Supply: You provide cleanliness and order in conference areas and co-worker kitchens and prepare snacks as well as small dishes for the team. Storage: You order supplies, maintain storage spaces and organize the shirt and blouse service.

Training: You have completed vocational training in the hotel, service or crafts sector and ideally bring experience from a similar environment as hotel industry, gastronomy or building management. Working: With your independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as your quick understanding, you can take responsibility and take care of yourself. Service orientation: High service orientation, professional ways of handling and a sympathetic appearance characterize you and enable you to work with different departments in a trusted manner. Organization: Thanks to your organizational institution and your flexibility, you will also keep track of parallel tasks and set the right priorities. IT-knowledge: With the safe handling of the common Microsoft Office products, you perform your tasks efficiently and reliably. Size: Full or part-time (min. 30 hours/week) Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
