Participation in the care process (structured information collection, planning of measures, observation reports), application of common assessment instruments performing selected, medically prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic orientations (vital sign control, drug delivery, subcutaneous injections, inhalations, burgeoning, tightening and withdrawing compression stockings) Support for residents: in the individual way of life, taking into account their biography, culture and religion, and promoting self-employment Implementation of body-related care measures (support for body care, mobilisation, food intake in stable care situations) Detection of changes in the care situation and emergency situations, as well as supportive accompanying and care of residents: in the final phase of their lives Multiprofessional team cooperation
