This is what your job is about: As an experienced:r Senior Project Manager:in you take a central role in the further development of the technical service. We build a new integrated IT platform for operational order processing. SAP S/4HANA Service forms the process and systemic foundation. In addition, we introduce a field service management solution for planning, disposition and mobile support of our operational units. You combine structured project management with sound process and application understanding and ensure that a sustainable and implementable solution is created from the requirements of operational practice.

Your tasks You control the IT platform of the technical service in the sense of a Smart PMO and connect professional project management with sound process and application understanding You create transparency about requirements, dependencies, risks, decisions, resources and project progress You're questioning operational processes and developing a sustainable target image together with the disciplines You shape the interaction of SAP S/4HANA Service and Field Service Management with focus on planning, disposition, resource management and mobile feedback You bring expertise, operational units, Group IT and implementation partners together and meet different requirements for clear decisions You accompany the project from conception, implementation and testing to rollout and continuous development

Complete study of economic, engineering or natural sciences or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in complex IT or transformation projects, e.g. in business consulting, in-house consulting or in an operationally shaped organization Knowledge of processes and application as well as experience in translating operational requirements into specialist concepts and system requirements Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA Service as well as field service management solutions, especially in planning, disposition or resource management Experience in the independent management of cross-departmental projects as well as sovereign management of internal and external stakeholders up to C levels Knowledge of technical, organisational and structural issues in the real estate environment Embossed analytical thinking capacity as well as the ability to question, structure and implement complex processes High self-responsibility, hand-on mentality, team orientation and communication strength
