Your tasks

• Telephone inbound consulting and answering questions about the dealer business in the credit card environment
• Documentation of customer calls
• Implementation of plausibility checks and individual changes to retail data
• Detection and sewerage of disturbances
• Distribution of written customer requests
• Complaint management

Your profile

• Professional vocational training, ideally in the banking environment or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in telephone customer service
• knowledge of payment transactions desirable
• Fun on telephone communication with customers
• Outstanding customer and service orientation as well as communication skills
• Imprinted conception, solution orientation, readiness to perform, team and conflictability
