Commissioning technician / service technician (Field Service Technican) in the office/field service – High-tech fire protection in Walluf near Wiesbaden (m/f/d)

You start with a test setup of a PYROsmart®/PYROspy® fire protection system in Walluf: Here you test and configure your system, which you will then operate with the customer later. Start-up with the customer: After the installation has been installed by the inverter, you take the technical commissioning on site. After that, you will resume fine settings from your workstation in Walluf. With the latest fire prevention, you contribute to detecting and preventing potential fires at an early stage You are never alone: Even during your customer engagements, you have access to the support of your team and the development and support department at any time. Technical acceptances: You accompany official acceptances of the plants (e.g. according to VdS guidelines) and ensure that all requirements are met. Responsibility: You spend most of your work at our headquarters in Walluf and enjoy being on the go. You plan your commissioning independently in coordination with the project management and the end customer. There are no weekend rates

Technical training: You have a completed training (or perhaps even your technician or master) in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, IT system technology or mechatronics (e.g. as an electrician, electronic, mechatronic or IT system technician) and have solid IT basic knowledge. Practical experience: Ideally you bring experience in the field service or in the commissioning of technical installations or Systems with you, but you can learn from us. Additional know-how: knowledge in control or network technology is advantageous. Also existing fire protection knowledge is a plus, but no need – we make you fit in our systems. Personality & Teamplay: You enjoy working independently – whether in the office or in the customer – and are still an absolute team player. Technology enthusiasm: You have fun with modern high-tech and are sure to use common PC tools (e.g. MS Office). Ready to travel: You are open for variety, ready for occasional trips in Germany and abroad and have a class B (car) licence. Languages: You speak fluent German and can communicate in English.
