in full time The property consists of an interdisciplinary team of currently 15 nature conservation and administrative staff. Together with the team, you will organize the sustainable and environmentally sound development of the Freising district with the necessary vision.

Processing of procedures for intervention and approval, as well as the adoption of arrangements under the Nature Conservation Act (e.g. permissions under conservation regulations for projects of all kinds, such as tree precipitations, electricity and communication lines, smaller construction projects) Implementation of Nature Conservation Programmes (e.g. Bayerisches Contract Conservation Programme) and support for funding measures Preparation and implementation of protected area identification and cooperation in land use planning (e.g. adoption, modification or cancellation of regulations on land protection areas or natural monuments, body work) Consultation, notification and, where appropriate, enforcement of regulatory measures in the field of species protection law (e.g. derogations for access to beaver or hornets) Land affairs and exercise of property rights

Successful (currently) completed training as a graduate administrator (m/w/d) of the general administration department or comparable OR A successfully completed training as an administrative specialist (m/w/d) (specialized examination II) or successfully filed employee training II (formerly AL II) in the internal administration OR Corresponding modular qualification for offices from grade A 10 OR Completed studies in the field of Public Management / Administration or Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws fulfillment of the personal, civil and collective conditions (including specific pre- and training, runway equality, suitability for health) We also wish Knowledge of nature conservation, environmental or planning law Experience in the fields of information technology and Geoinformation systems Own initiative Team skills Negotiations Strategic thinking Decision-making
