Advice and support: They are the first contact person (m/w/d) for our customers in the field service and together with them find individual solutions for their concerns. They process all the processes from Mofa to the fleet arising in motor insurance, partly from the offer to the successful conclusion of the cases. You have a high decision-making space. Complaint management: You document and process complaints from our policyholders and ensure that we learn from any feedback. Quality Management: You are constantly working on improving our work processes and actively contributing to quality assurance in your field of activity. Customer orientation: With your friendly and service-oriented way, you ensure that our customers and intermediaries are always well looked after. Engagement in projects: They actively contribute to special tasks and projects and thus demonstrate their commitment to the company. Career development: further development to the trainer, specialist (m/w/d) or to the guide track is possible.
