At least five years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory Very good understanding of transaction processes and company reviews Experience in cross-border transactions Expressed analytical and communicative skills Structured, discrete and entrepreneurial work Very good knowledge of German and English
