The business area includes the underground pipeline construction in gas, water and district heating You are shaping the economic success of our branch as well as the technical, strategic and cultural orientation together with the regional management (m/w/d) Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety management according to OMEXOM Group specifications You monitor the achievement of the branch in terms of costs, dates, quality and investment The technical responsibility and the continuous development of employees (m/w/d) are part of your tasks as well as qualitative and quantitative personnel planning You are responsible for attracting new customers (m/w/d) and projects as well as for building sustainable customer management

You have a degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Technology or a comparable degree (e.g. Master (m/w/d), Technicians (m/w/d)) You have several years of professional experience in the near-construction project business, as well as knowledge and experience in the advanced pipeline construction In addition, you have already gained first experience in the management and development of employees (m/w/d) In addition to your communication strength and hands-on mentality, you are characterized by strategic and budget-oriented thinking and action Dealing with relevant standards, laws and standards such as DVGW or AGFW or VOB is familiar to you You have very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous Funded IT skills, explicit with regard to MS Office applications and costing programs, complete your profile Class B driving licence is required
