Electrical machine builder with a management function (m/f/d)

Our client is an innovative, medium-sized company in electric motor construction with high technical expertise and many years of experience in the production of customer-specific solutions. A modern, digitally embossed working environment, short decision-making paths and a partnering together create ideal conditions for independent work and technical development. Production is mainly carried out in individual production and small series with a high degree of specialization. The focus is on the motor winding, which represents the central core element of the production. Customers are mainly located in the DACH area and abroad in Europe.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a full-time electric machine manufacturer (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which takes on a leading role for a team of currently seven employees. In addition, it is possible to take responsibility as an instructor (m/w/d). Combination of operational activity and leadership (approx. 70/30) with active cooperation in day-to-day business and practical implementation of technical solutions in the field of motor winding Planning, control and implementation of projects from idea to realization Development, implementation and optimization of test windings, prototypes and technical concepts Determination of production times for costing, production of work instructions, production protocols and test plans Technical coordination with customers and support in complex enquiries and interface work internal/external Ensuring and developing quality (ISO 9001), processes, technical drawings and integration of new technologies Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently seven employees Technical assistance for trainees and placement of training contents

Training in electrical engineering with further training to the technician/master or comparable long-term professional experience and well-founded expertise (e.g. winding technology, calculations) Hands-on mentality, technical understanding (including drawings/construction) and interest in innovation and continuous improvement leadership experience of advantage, crucial are personal standing, enforcement ability as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team Structured mode of operation, communication strength and ideal English skills Safe handling of common MS Office applications, BDE and ERP systems Experience in different measurement techniques including evaluation and evaluation Embossed ability to analyze errors, diagnosis and problem solving
