Self-checking of order registration and ensuring the accuracy of the data Checking the feasibility of customer enquiries in terms of running times, certificates and other necessary documents Ensuring consistent and effective provision of services / information for the customer base Information of customers on possible delays or problems related to orders Daily tracking of open orders and proactive problem solution Clear communication with your superiors with the aim of fair and accurate representation of customers Contribution to support and organisation of specific critical business processes Application of customer service procedures and compliance of processes with strict compliance with the quality management system and in accordance with the PPP guidelines and standards Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements in accordance with enterprise standards and local regulations and developing comprehensive market and product knowledge

Completed professional training or similar qualification PC identifiers, in particular in handling MS Office Experience with JD Edwards E1 and Salesforce Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise: finance, supply chain, production, etc. Knowledge in international trade: Incoterms, Payment Terms, Transport, Accreditation Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English Problem-solving ability or experience with action plan management
