You'll handle the business incidents in the KfZ liability and cash insurance sector from admission to completion You enthuse customers and claimants of our workshop and partner services You support customers, damage partners and sales partners in their concerns – on the phone and in written form In this course, you also deal with complaints and regressions and take them off If necessary, you also conduct cover and regression processes (with our legal adviser) and negotiate out-of-court comparisons with claimants You work in the incorporation, training and training of colleagues
