Your tasks – according to your taste: Function of the central IT contact partner at the production, logistics, sales and administration site Providing a stable and secure IT operation – from workplace IT to network technology to production-oriented IT systems Active cooperation in local and cross-site IT projects and representation of all IT issues from the perspective of your location Acquisition of coordination and control of external IT service providers (e.g. for faults, projects, procurement) Participation in incident and problem management as a link between end users, service desk, central IT and service providers Representation of interests of your location, safeguarding IT standards and introducing local requirements into the further development of the IT infrastructure Working with the standardization of IT solutions and sharing experiences with other IT coordinators Your skills – how we baked: Complete training or studies in the IT environment (e.g. specialist, IT system businessman, IT-studium) or comparable qualification Experience in IT operations, IT service or IT support in a heterogeneous environment Knowledge of Windows client environments and workplace IT, network technology (LAN/WLAN) and hardware, periphery and IMAC processes Basic understanding of production- or business-oriented IT systems desirable Experience in the cooperation or control of IT projects Teamability and willingness to cross-site cooperation Self-employed, quality-oriented and structured working methods and good analytical skills Customer orientation, communication strength and enforcement capability readiness to travel including incorporation in other locations Your advantages – as good as Harry-Brot: Responsive and varied activities with high autonomy and design space Key role between central IT and operating locations Working in challenging IT projects with direct influence on production and business processes Individual training and development opportunities within the Harry-IT Exciting, challenging tasks in a dynamic environment and a qualified and open-minded team Secure workplace with attractive payment Possibility of mobile work by arrangement Other social benefits
