We are looking for our Jena location at the next time a/n Operational Excellence Specialist (m/w/d)

You are effectively contributing to our growth and change initiatives in a structured and successful way through your method and project management skills. You develop and implement a holistic Lean Management system in operational daily business. You design, implement and coach the future shopfloor management and establish a transparent best practice culture at team and field level. You bring modern approaches (e.g. agile principles, digital shopfloor management, performance dialogue, CVP, AI in damage processing, OKR) and continuously develop our excellence system in the damage environment. You coach and accompany managers in the introduction and application of these modern approaches and improvement tools. You develop training, formats and templates to sustainably anchor methodological knowledge.

As an expert for operational excellence, you develop the necessary standards, routines and structures that make our customer service efficient, efficient and sustainable. You anchor excellence as an attitude – through processes, leadership, tools, AI and culture. You combine Lean Management as a methodological basis, Shopfloor Management as a management tool, OKR for strategic orientation & focus and agile principles for innovation & employee retention. We're building a new area and you're building. You work in a multi-site team that develops and accompanies both locations in Jena and Saarbrücken. Your focus is in Jena.

Experience in the design of operational excellence, ideally in the service/backoffice environment (e.g. customer service, insurance, shared services). Knowledge in Lean Management, CVP, Shopfloor Management or OKR as well as experience in process management. High level of team capacity, empathy and targeted communication strength. Experience in the introduction of structured guide routines and tools. Strong methodological skills and communication and moderation skills. Ability to easily explain complex topics and to pragmatically implement changes. Own initiative, implementation strength and desire to make things better. Enthusiasm for digitization topics and a versed handling of office applications, collaboration and process mining tools (e.g. Microsoft365, Confluence, Jira, Celonis).
