Experience in 2nd Level Support or in operation of Microsoft Modern Workplace environments Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and ideally other Microsoft 365 technologies Ideally experience with ITSM processes according to ITIL Understanding Windows Client Management, Policy-based Configuration and Software Distribution Experience in error analysis on client side, e.g. with logs, event viewer or intune troubleshooting Basic knowledge of areas such as: Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Autopilot, Update Management, Certificates, WLAN, VPN, E-mail profiles Structured and service-oriented operation Good communication skills in handling customers and internal interfaces
