Together with your colleague, you are realising new construction and modernization projects of free lines in the high-voltage range up to 110 kV and shaping the path to achieving climate protection goals with our customers. You contribute to successfully mastering the energy transition! Construction & Team Construction: You take responsibility for the quality, time and safety-oriented implementation of our 110kV outdoor projects in southern Germany. In close cooperation with the branch manager, you develop powerful structures, processes and a powerful team of construction managers and technicians. HSEQ & Work Safety: Secure work is our highest priority. You make sure that Bauleiter and Monteure know our HSEQ requirements and Life Saving Rules and are consistently adhered to and implemented by quality controls and clear leadership on each construction site Staff & deployment planning: A demand-oriented occupation of our projects is guaranteed with qualified construction managers and technicians. You recognize capacity bottlenecks early and coordinate the dynamic personnel deployment planning Construction & project processing: You work closely with project managers and construction managers and are regularly on the move with our various projects. In a direct exchange with the construction managers, you will have a look at the implementation, recognize deviations in appointments, performances, capacities or quality at an early stage and take appropriate measures together with the participants. Further development: You establish efficient processes for the design and create optimal conditions for further growth. In doing so, you will continuously develop your experience from the development of construction projects and develop the department together with the branch manager, project managers and construction managers. Fuhrpark & Bauhof: The availability of vehicles, machines and technical equipment is guaranteed for our construction. You keep in mind maintenance, maintenance and operational readiness.

Experience in construction & project processing: You have a technical training or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in the handling of construction projects - ideally in the construction of energy infrastructure Management competence: You have experience in managing and developing employees and understand how to build teams and inspire them for common goals. Your presence on the construction sites is important to you – you are close to your team, give orientation, meet clear decisions and promote a self-responsible working HSEQ-Mindset: Safety and quality are above all for you and shape your daily leadership.
