For a well-known company in Gersthofen we are now looking for a process mechanic plastic/rubber technology (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Injection and brushes of injection moulding machines (1K/2K) with a closing force of 35t to 550t
• Implementation of production releases in consultation with quality management
• Start-up and monitoring of production processes
• fault determination and elimination of faults
• Data collection by computer (starting parts and reject)
• Basic knowledge of kink arm robots of advantage

Technical requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic plastic/rubber technology, preferably with specialized parts
• First professional experience in this field
• ready for 2-layer
• Loadability, ready-to-use and flexibility
• Self-employed
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Forklift and crane license
