As Head of Network Services (m/w/d), you are responsible for the growth of the Network Services segment, the strategic and operational development of sales, the development of solutions and the achievement of economic targets in line with the corporate objectives of the MVV networks. You guide the development and distribution network services department professionally and disciplinefully, optimize their processes and promote the development of employees You take responsibility for strategic and operational sales planning, the creation and implementation of sales concepts and the development of new market potential You acquire new customers and projects, develop network service solutions and accompany the conclusion of the contract You secure the long-term binding of existing customers through targeted measures and cross/up-selling strategies You take responsibility for the service portfolio, develop network services and coordinate projects You introduce a CRM system and are responsible for its further development and support You assume responsibility for the Net Services segment

Complete master's degree in the (economic) engineering field or a comparable qualification Long-term leadership experience and competence in the B2B sales of technical services in need of declaration and product and service development Ideal experience in managing changes Good knowledge of network operator tasks and processes, as well as the energy economy Very good MS Office and CRM system skills, German and English in word and writing Target orientation, interdisciplinary thinking, decision-making competence and innovative strength
