Head of Internal Audit

Technical and disciplinary management of internal audit Development, implementation and continuous development of the audit strategy and the risk-oriented audit plan Planning, implementation and follow-up of audits in all business areas Identification and assessment of risks and weaknesses in processes, internal control systems and compliance structures Developing recommendations for action to optimize business processes and control mechanisms Reporting to management and, where appropriate, to supervisory or supervisory authorities Advisory bodies Advising specialist areas in risk management, compliance and corporate management issues Accompanying special reviews and projects with revision-relevant questions

Profile/requirements Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Auditing, Law or a comparable qualification At least five years of professional experience in internal auditing, auditing or a comparable audit and control environment First management experience or proven experience in conducting audit projects Knowledge of risk management, compliance, internal control system (IKS) and corporate governance Analytical and Structured Operation and Strong Problem Solution Competence High level of integrity, sense of responsibility and enforcement Very good communication and presentation skills Safe handling of current MS Office applications; Knowledge of ERP and revision systems is advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
