That's what you expect: Developing a modern insurance product strategy that reliably accompanies our customers in every stage of life and creates real added value. Identification and prioritization of R+V products that best meet the needs of our regional clientele – data-based, customer-centred and forward-looking. Conception of attractive product bundles along the customer journey to optimally link financing, safeguarding and prevention. Close cooperation with the R+V: active control of voting, presentation of customer vision and co-design of innovative pilot solutions. Stetige’s KPI monitoring and derivation of measures that sustainably strengthen sales, growth and earnings.

That's what you bring: Multiannual experience in the product management of insurance or financial services and a sense of trends and customer needs. Ability to translate complex demand structures into customer-oriented product solutions – strategically clear, operationally feasible. Analytical strength, structured thinking and the courage to consistently set priorities. Communication strength and negotiation security to effectively connect and inspire different stakeholders. Ideally practical experience in customer consulting as well as familiarity with the cooperative financial group.
