Nursing Service Manager (Nursing Service Management / Management) (m/f/d)

You take the economic control of the site into your hands and make sure that care quality and care processes are guaranteed at all times. You are responsible for billing, statistics, operational planning and qualification-oriented integration as well as the professional support and promotion of employees. You will use your leadership skills to guide, develop and efficiently design the team. You take over the professional and organizational leadership of an outpatient care team with 65 employees. It is your heart to promote excellent quality management and to open and constructively shape the exchange with family members and employees. With your organizational talent you plan tours smoothly and contribute to the continuous development of the staff. You take responsibility for professional care documentation based on the structural model. You support the team in the consulting and support of customers and their relatives. Your further tasks include support for the implementation of employee talks and performance assessments including the care team, the organisation and implementation of regular team meetings and other events.

You bring a thorough education to the examinated nursing agent (m/w/d) or to the examinated health and nursing agent (m/w/d) and, in addition to a further education to the nursing service, you have already gained practical knowledge as a nursing service manager in the outpatient care. You have a degree in nursing management/care science. Comprehensive knowledge of outpatient care as well as in cost and performance calculations are of course for you. Your computer skills in MS Office will help you to make working day efficient. You are convinced with leadership experience and can guide your team with high social competence in dealing with customers and relatives. Organisational competence and loyalty are just as important to you as well as strong knowledge in quality management and customer consulting.
