Responsibility for the definition and further development of IT service processes based on ITIL, central management of the IT service catalogue, as well as ensuring a high and site-wide uniform IT service quality for internal and external services Definition, documentation and continuous development of IT service processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) Establishment, maintenance and central control of the IT service catalogue as a binding basis for service provision Definition, negotiation and control of SLAs with internal and external service providers and OLAs with IT departments Monitoring the service quality of external providers and LIS based on existing contract models Continuous monitoring of IT service quality including KPI definition, reporting and trend analysis Implementation and control of service reviews with internal and external service providers as well as initiation and follow-up of improvement measures in the event of deviations from service levels Standardisation and harmonisation of service processes Project management and further development of the ITSM platform Advice and training of IT departments regarding ITIL-compliant processes and service standards

Complete study of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in IT service management in an international or industrial environment Experience in managing ITIL-based service processes across multiple locations Knowledge in the definition and control of service catalogs, SLAs and OLAs as well as in provider management Experience in the quality monitoring of IT services and the implementation of service-improvement initiatives ITIL certification (min. ITIL 4 Foundation), ideally further qualification Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or comparable) Understanding KPI-based reporting, service quality and continuous service improvement Embossed process and quality orientation as well as analytical and structured working methods High communication and enforcement capability in an international and cross-site environment Willingness to change and sensitivity in the transformation environment knowledge of German and English; French by Advantage
