Human Resources Clerk (m/w/d)

Our approximately 10,000 employees at more than 150 locations in the regions northeast and northwest (Bezirke Berlin, Bremen, Dresden-Görlitz, Hamburg, Hildesheim, Magdeburg, Oldenburg, Osnabrück and Erfurt) are centrally supervised by the personnel department of the regional office in Lohne. We are continuing to grow – that is why we are looking for reinforcement by experienced personnel officers (m/w/d) in permanent full or part-time employment (up to 39 hours/where).

You are responsible for a firm team of employees across the entire Employee Lifecycle – from entry to exit You create service contracts, contract changes, dismissals, terminations and certificates You carry out the monthly payroll and you are a competent person in matters of remuneration You advise employees as well as managers on labour, tariff and social insurance issues You work with SAP R/3, care for personnel master files, and initial evaluations and certificates You will safely implement the requirements of AVR-Caritas and support in the further development of our HR processes You actively contribute to cross-departmental projects – for example, in digitization and process optimization processes or the introduction of new tools

A completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the human resources sector, e.g. a personal businessman (m/w/d), a wage and salary accountant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in operational staff work and pay billing Good knowledge of wage tax and social security law and ideally in collective bargaining (e.g. AVR-Caritas) Secure handling of SAP R/3 or comparable HR software as well as digital affinity Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with a pronounced organizational design Consultancy, team spirit and a safe, empathic appearance A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
