You are responsible for a firm team of employees across the entire Employee Lifecycle – from entry to exit You create service contracts, contract changes, dismissals, terminations and certificates You carry out the monthly payroll and you are a competent person in matters of remuneration You advise employees as well as managers on labour, tariff and social insurance issues You work with SAP R/3, care for personnel master files, and initial evaluations and certificates You will safely implement the requirements of AVR-Caritas and support in the further development of our HR processes You actively contribute to cross-departmental projects – for example, in digitization and process optimization processes or the introduction of new tools
