Packaging Developer (m/f/d)

As part of the packaging development team, you will be working with your colleagues* for the ideal protection of our products. The aim is always to achieve the optimum of quality, functionality and sustainability - because not only our cakes, cakes and rolls are valid: “Where is there quality like this?”.

Coordination and communication as a central interface between internal specialist departments, organisation and external partners Developing innovative packaging concepts and ensuring their timely introduction Project management from idea development to production release incl. Documentation Optimization and standardization of the packaging portfolio and processes in terms of cost-effectiveness, quality, safety and sustainability Selection of suitable packaging and support in the selection of suppliers Creation and maintenance of specifications in line with packaging management Implementation of packaging tests including data collection, evaluation and documentation Working with supplier audits and quality testing and release of packaging Creation of logistical data such as feasibility checks, packaging setup and pallet diagrams

Complete study of packaging technology or comparable technical training First experience in project management as well as ideal knowledge in packaging development, packaging production or processing Safe handling of MS Office, good English skills; SAP knowledge of advantage Analytical understanding of processes and systems for optimising standards Creativity and innovation joy combined with predictive thinking and action Communication and presentation strength as well as organizational talent with targeted and result-oriented working methods High self-initiative, enforcement ability, sense of responsibility and team capability
