Total responsibility for the organisational processes of several practical locations including Ensuring efficient, standardized practice processes Development, implementation and continuous optimization of quality, process and process standards Control of time management, patient flow and utilisation for optimal resource use Professional and organisational leadership and further development of the teams at all locations Personnel planning in coordination with the management and implementation of employee talks KPIs for the economic control of the practices and identification of optimization potentials Budget planning, cost control and preparation of billing and controlling evaluations Ensuring legal, regulatory and internal quality requirements Central interface for medical team, employees and external partners

Completed training as a medical specialist (MFA), ideally with training as a practical manager or specialist in health and social affairs (or comparable qualification) Multiannual professional experience in healthcare Experience in team leadership as well as distinct organizational and co-ordinative skills High social competence, communication strength and sovereign appearance in dealing with employees, medical team and patients Structured, solution-oriented and self-responsive operation with high quality and responsibility awareness
