Subsequent management: recognition of follow-up behaviour, creation and negotiation of follow-up offers with customers and after-contractors Contract review: Support for project management in identifying and evaluating opportunities and risks related to our contracts Communication: Accompanying and managing correspondence and processing of claims to the customer and to after-contractors Receivables Assessment: Assessment of receivables by the contractors Dispute participation proceedings: preparation and implementation of proceedings for dispute settlement

Qualification: Completed studies as a civil engineer (m/w/d) or economic engineer with field of construction as well as several years of professional experience in post-subscription management or in construction management Expertise: Funded knowledge in building contract law Competences: Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, team spirit and good enforcement skills Communication: Very good oral and written knowledge in the German language Flexibility: Support for local project teams, in particular for corridor projects
