With us, you put the stone in the roll! Start your training from September 2027 as Baugeräteführer:in (m/w/d) - Fachrichtung Baustofftechnik (method mechanics) at Mineral Baustoff GmbH. From day 1 you are in the middle of it and get to know the diverse tasks around machines, plants and building materials. You want to get an insight into the profession beforehand? You can do an internship with us and get first experiences. In the first two years of training, you will learn to process and process metals and plastics and familiarize yourself with pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems. You will get exciting insights into machine elements and chassis of construction machines as well as into earth engineering. You will also learn to load and secure construction equipment professionally. Basic courses in welding technology and thermal burning as well as occupational and health protection complete your training. In the third year of training, it becomes even more practical: you plan workflows, analyze and eliminate disturbances and learn to repair machines and plants professionally. You monitor process and manufacturing processes, perform quality checks and take samples. You will also learn to fill building materials, load, weigh and prepare for shipping.
