Your tasks:

Your responsibilities *Responsibility for the installation and maintenance of network systems

• Troubleshooting and Processing in 1st and 2nd Level Network Support
• Support for internal and external customers
• Disruption in the LAN/WLAN/WAN network of internal and external interfaces
• Documentation of disturbances via ticket system

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successfully completed training in IT or equivalent qualification/practical professional experience
• Knowledge of network management and reporting platforms
• Experience in the analysis of disorders and their elimination
• Experience in the configuration of Aruba and Cisco components
• Knowledge and practical experience in routing/switching and WLAN environment
• Secure knowledge of German in word and writing
