The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. The “Children, Youth and Family” division of the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie combines offers of integration aid and youth assistance under one roof. This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

A companion in time for our 8 special residents

The WG Heppenheim offers space for 8 young people in a freestanding, modernly renovated building on the outskirts of Heppenheim. A 1200 sq.m garden area with basketball court and other diverse options invites you to outdoor activities.

How does your day look like • They help young people to calm down, develop into independent personalities and accompany them on their way to a self-responsible life • With a special staff key of 1:1 you have a lot of time and support, advise and accompany the residents with empathy and humor in all areas of daily life • As a representative, you support the group management in the leadership of the team and are a contact person for the supporter, cooperation partner and contractor • Through active design and professional exchange, you will ensure a continuous development of the pedagogical work, which is characterized by a creative and sporty supply structure with connected workshop and own sports room • In close cooperation with the Youth Office, caregivers/premiers as well as child and youth psychiatry, you will develop opportunities for returning to the family or suitable follow-up measures

You can look forward to this • An indefinite employment with a job share of 60-80% in a planned service plan in the 3-shift system (spring & Late shift and night readiness), which takes into account individual wishes • Intensive integration and a collegial and cooperative relationship • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E8 (52.350€ - 65.900€ Full time/year - depending on experience - incl.
