Advising national and international clients in the project development of large EE production facilities (solar parks, wind farms), battery storage facilities (BESS) and PtX installations (e.g. hydrogen), in particular monitoring of construction planning procedures and approval procedures (immission protection law, building law, water law, nature and species protection law). Accompanying transactions in the energy sector, in particular carrying out due diligences for the purchase or sale of BESS, solar and wind projects. Processional representation of our clients to the authorities and administrative courts of all instances, in particular in commitment constellations and norm control procedures. Working with our public affairs activities, in particular preparing opinions, analyzing current energy policy developments, preparing the current legal framework for our clients.

Your first-class legal skills have been demonstrated by above-average examina as well as ideally by a promotion and/or LL.M. You are looking for a job in part-time, e.g. promotional or family-related. You have pre-experience in environmental and planning law (e.g. through a focus study, a chair activity or previous employment) and a basic understanding of building planning law as well as questions of technical environmental law (e.g. noise protection, fire protection, water protection) or a high motivation to acquire this. You have experience in and enjoy the scientific work and master the basic techniques of scientific research and citience. In addition to your interest in public law, you also have interest in political and economic issues and follow current energy policy developments. You can generally imagine taking part in trade fairs, events and working groups from time to time, giving lectures and/or publishing specialist contributions. Your English is safe in word and writing. You are able to produce legal products (e.g. DD reports) independently and safely in English.
