Own-sponsored supervision for several operating companies Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices Implementation and monitoring of payment procedures Management and coordination of open positions and processing of dunning Processing of debitor accounting including booking of initial invoices Monitoring and clarification of open claims Accounting and voting of Intercompany chess behaviour Implementing accounts (IC, creditor, debitor and property accounts) Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Preparation of provisions and delimitations Reporting and liquidity evaluation support Working with process optimization and ERP and digitization projects

Successfully completed commercial vocational training (industry clerk or tax specialist with further training on financial account holder or equivalent) Multiannual practical experience in financial accounting Experience in the care of several companies within a group of companies Founded practice in creditor and debitor accounting Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Experience in process standardization and optimization of advantage Secure handling of MS365, DATEV and ERP systems/storage software Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

With your strong organisational strength, you can also keep track of several companies and parallel topics and set clear priorities. As a team-oriented personality, you communicate safely and legally – also in exchange with affiliated companies. You bring a good understanding of the process and enjoy developing structures and making financial processes more transparent and efficient. In addition to your expertise in creditor and debitor accounting, you have well-founded experience in the implementation and coordination of Intercompany bookings – ideally also in the preparatory consolidation. Your claim is to properly, on time and comprehensible business incidents and thus to make a reliable contribution to group-wide monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive financial data are of course for you. .
