Consultant Approval and Planning Law (m/f/d)

You take over the cross-linking work in industry-related organisations, such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), the Bundesverband WindEnergie (BWE) or the Bundesverband der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft (BDEW) You are actively involved in the creation of legal assessments and specialist contributions in the context of industry-related participation processes, as well as in the case of adoption and legislative change procedures. You support project planning in legal topics and develop practical solution strategies at project level You actively participate in corporations and regulatory groups and take part in specialist meetings – for example at the Naturschutz und Energiewende (KNE), the specialist agency Wind and Solar (FA Wind) as well as other relevant institutions – also as active contributors Organize and conduct in-house training on subject-related topics. You take over the professional organisation and accompaniment of legal proceedings at project level (e.g. contractor contradictions, third-party contradictions, court proceedings) You advise the project team in public-law issues and participate in public appointments, such as discussions or community meetings

You have completed university studies in landscape planning, environmental planning, law (focus on public law) or a comparable degree programme You bring at least 8 years of relevant professional experience You can demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in environmental, conservation and species protection law, building law and procedural law You convince by factually technical argumentation strength and a safe occurrence You are characterized by pronounced team skills and high social competence. You work structured, organized and solution-oriented You have very good knowledge in Outlook and common MS Office applications You master the German language fluently in word and writing as well as the English language You have a class B licence
