In order to enable digital processes to be efficiently, stable and sustainable, it requires powerful systems, intelligent solutions and people who actively drive digitization. Start with us as an in-house developer (m/w/d) Business Central & Digitization and play a central role in the further development of our ERP and BI system landscape as well as in the digitization and optimization of our corporate processes.

Your tasks with us

ERP Development & System Support: Responsibility for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and continuous development of the system landscape Requirements Management: Analysis of existing processes and development and implementation of efficient digital solutions and workflows Support & Optimization: independent error analysis, troubleshooting and second-level support and control of external partners Business Intelligence: Support and further development of our business intelligence landscape (QlikView / Qlik Sense) and optimization of reporting and analysis processes Digitization, Process Optimization & System Integration: Analysis of existing processes and collaboration on cross-departmental digital projects for the development and implementation of efficient digital solutions, workflows, interfaces and system integrations Cooperation: Close coordination with specialist areas and support for system-related issues

Experience: Funded knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and experience in development, adaptation and system architecture Knowledge: Very good knowledge in business intelligence solutions (QlikView / Qlik Sense), data modeling and interface technologies IT knowledge: Secure handling of REST APIs and BC integrations; Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure are beneficial Digitalization & project understanding: Interest in digital technologies and experience in collaboration with IT and digitalization projects with a structured and solution-oriented approach Operation: Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical content in a comprehensible manner and to collaborate with different disciplines Personality: team-oriented appearance, initiative and joy in developing processes actively
