Operational Operations Planning: Planning and Coordination of Operational Works in Coordination with the Departments Creation of monthly, weekly and daily schedules for masters: Monitoring the compliance of planned orders, especially when working on appointments

Resources management: Short-term planning and control of personnel, resources and other companies Communication and coordination with specialist departments, masters: Coordination in case of malfunction, incl. Adaptation of day planning

Order management: Processing and monitoring of orders, maintenance plans and deadlines in SAP Ensure timely and complete order processing Processing of complaints related to orders

Budget and cost control: monitoring of budget and investment funds Creation of calculations and demonstration at costs and prices

Process optimization: Analysis and improvement of business processes and workflows Proposals for the adaptation of process processes

Reporting:Establishing and maintaining statistics on performance development Presentation of operational transparency and proper performance

Vocational qualification: completed commercial or technical vocational training, as well as a completed qualification as a master:in or technician:in or equivalent detectable skills and knowledge.
