Senior Manager:in/Projektleiter:in Construction Management (m/f/d)

In the central construction management of the Eppendorf Group, you can design challenging construction projects at our national and international locations, creating modern, efficient working and research environments.

You are responsible for new building, rebuilding, revitalizing, refurbishment and refurbishment projects across all plants and control them over the entire project life cycle at various locations of the Eppendorf Group. In scenario and feasibility studies, you evaluate structural options, analyze opportunities and risks, and provide resilient decision bases for management. For the initiation, planning, execution and commissioning of structural measures, you develop and advise processes, tools and frameworks that create uniform standards and transparency in the project portfolio. Together with internal user areas, you will develop specifications and business cases, formulate decision templates and accompany the projects from the early idea to the release. When building the project organization, you define roles, communication and discussion structures, as well as essential control processes, and prepare decisions that you will subsequently bring about with the relevant stakeholders. As a contractor:internal representation, you tax all parties involved in planning and construction, select suitable planning offices and service providers, negotiate contracts and take the lead in the planning and execution phase. From tendering and awarding to execution to commissioning, you are responsible for compliance with cost, appointment and quality objectives and ensure a structured project documentation including warranty periods and maintenance plans.

You have completed your studies in architecture or civil engineering. Economic engineering with a focus on building, building project management or a comparable course of study that it provides a solid foundation for complex construction projects. Finding knowledge of AHO, HOAI and VOB is safe to use in daily practice and meets on this basis resilient professional decisions. Ideally, you have completed a further education in project management and bringing with you pronounced skills in the professional management of construction projects - from planning to completion. At least five years of relevant professional experience in construction or construction management, ideally with responsibility for larger or multi-site projects, characterize your career. With MS Office and common CAD applications, you are sure to change; Experiences with SAP or similar ERP systems are used to plan, manage and report projects transparently. In cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners, you convince by a clear, structured communication and make decisions comprehensible and solution-oriented.
