Expert Contract Management Major Projects (m/f/d)

Advising the project and purchasing management of Atlas Titan in all contractual issues and ensuring a structured documentation Analysis and assessment of contractual obligations and derivation of strategies for action in the course of the project Development and implementation of defence strategies against claims and controlling claims processes Preparation and monitoring of negotiations and assistance in dispute settlement and settlement procedures Identification and implementation of measures to minimize damage from a contractual perspective Interface management between technology, purchasing and legal department

Completed degree in economic law or law, ideally as a full lawyer At least 3–5 years of professional experience in contract management, no pure junior profile Knowledge of national and international contract law Experience in projects of construction, plant construction or civil engineering German and English knowledge in word and writing Designed analytical skills as well as strategic negotiation skills and structured working Standing for occasional missions
