A completed study of the field of building technology, facility management or process engineering, ideally you also have experiences in managing employees Experience in maintenance and maintenance of industrial and building equipment Very good expertise in at least one of the areas: gas supply, indoor air and refrigeration technology or building automation Basic knowledge of preventive fire protection should be available Good basic knowledge of the relevant rule of technology (VDE standards, TRBS, BetrSichV...)
